News!

Congratulations to Aisha and Matthew for competing in the National Geographic Geography Bee. They were the representatives for the fourth grade and represented us well.

On Friday, we will celebrate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King by having a big birthday party at 2:30 in the afternoon. The seventh and eight graders will put on a play about his wonderful life. What a great way to celebrate a magnificent man. There will be no school on Monday, January 18.

There will be a test on area, perimeter, and volume on Friday, January 15. Students should be bringing home a review sheet tonight. We will go over the review sheet in class tomorrow. Please make sure your child brings his/her review sheet back to school tomorrow.

There will be a Unit 9 vocabulary test on Friday, January 15. Please help your child prepare for this test by reviewing note cards that were made in class.

The second quarter will end on Friday, January 15. Report cards will be sent home on Wednesday, January 20. Please email me if you have any questions or concerns. Awards will be presented at mass on Thursday, January 21.

Please return all Spirit Wear forms to the office by Friday. The order will be place Friday morning.

We will continue to go outside if it is above 20 degrees. Please make sure your child brings hats, gloves, scarves, and winter coats.

On Friday, January 29, we will be taking a Field trip to the Fort Benjamin Harrison Home. I do not need any volunteers at this time.
